The Manfrotto 562B-1 Fluid Video Aluminum Monopod with 357 Quick Release is a telescoping support for video cameras that features an enhanced fluid element at its base for smoother panning. The monopod is designed for use with camcorders weighing up to 17.6 lb. The included 357PLV quick-release plate slides to adjust the camera’s center of balance and features both 1/4″-20 and 3/8″-16 mounting studs plus a standard video pin. The 5626B-1 folds down to a 27.17″ for transport.
