The ATEM 2 M/E Broadcast Studio 4K Switcher from Blackmagic Design is a live event multi camera production switcher with 20 12G-SDI inputs built into a 2RU chassis. Supporting HD and UHD 4K (3840 x 2160) video formats at up to 60p, the switcher is optimized for live productions where fast action comes into play, especially sports and many live shows. Switching takes place in real time, and there is an internal frame synchronizer to ensure seamless transition from one input to the next. Video can be output via three dedicated SDI program feeds plus an additional down-converted SDI feed that reduces UHD 4K content down to HD. There are also six aux SDI outputs for delivering an ISO of any input channel. Up to two outputs can be used for multi-video monitoring of multiple video sources on one or two displays.

A miniature multi-viewer with front-panel LCD menu access, the DMON-16S is suitable for both on-location and studio applications, as you won’t need to use a computer or DIP switch to make selections and adjust settings. The DMON-16S offers 8-channel audio metering overlay per window with individual enables, custom positioning, and size, and it features 1 3G/HD/SD-SDI output and 1 HDMI output. RS-422 and RS-485 support additionally allow you to select tally display and control the UMD position and size. Multi-View output mode lets you select and display inputs with different formats and frame rates at the same time.

The Blackmagic Design Videohub / WSC Smart Control is a control panel that controls the source and destination of the router, and allows you to easily control the router output to the monitor with a single button press. The 40 programmable YRGB illuminated buttons can be removed from the front panel to allow labeling of buttons, and can be backlit when used in a darkroom. You can set each button with the help of the USB connection and easy-to-use Mac and Windows software. The programmable buttons and RJ-45 Ethernet can be used for remote control of routers over an IP network.

The Wooden Camera C-Box 3G-SDI and HDMI Converter provides both video signal conversion and signal splitting and is powered from the D-Tap of a battery or battery plate using an included cable. It accepts an HDMI or 3G/HD/SD-SDI input signal and provides three SDI and two HDMI outputs that are all simultaneously active. This lets you send your video signal to several external HDMI and SDI devices, including monitors, recorders, and wireless transmitters. The converter accepts 12 to 24 VDC power via a 4-pin mini XLR input. A 4″ D-Tap Power is included for powering the device from compatible batteries or battery plates. An AC adapter is also included. To provide power to accessories, such as a wireless transmitter, a 5 VDC Mini USB output is provided. LED indicators on operator’s side of the converter let you easily monitor power and signal status.

The SB-3 Syncbox Time-Code Generator from Denecke reads, generates, and jams to all standard frame rates including 23.976 and all common SMPTE rates for high-definition shoots. It features outputs for time code and word clock. Word clock is generated in 44.1, 48, 96, and 192KHz and other standard time-code rates. TCXO (temperature compensated crystal oscillator) ensures low drift and very low word-clock jitter. The unit allows you to cross-jam regardless of incoming frame rates. The unit continuously jams to new code so there is no need to power down the unit to re-jam. It runs on (2) AA batteries and includes a battery-warning indicator to gauge its remaining power level.
